Here is the instructions:

take each tar file separatedly (run_1, run_2,....), each one
contains a different run (run_[1-3] for reaction order m=5,
and run_[4-5] for m=2).

once you get a file, say run_2, do 

tar xf run_2

then you will have tp*.gz and pp*.gz, each one is a compressed
postscript file, use gunzip to uncompress each one of them,
then you get a regular postscript file (pp for concentration and
tp for temperature).
