NAME
     clear - clear terminal screen

SYNOPSIS
     clear

DESCRIPTION
     _C_l_e_a_r clears your screen if this is possible.  It looks in
     the environment for the terminal type and then in
     /_e_t_c/_t_e_r_m_c_a_p to figure out how to clear the screen.
